Stiff vs. natural
Interviewer: “Do you have any questions for me?”
Sounds stiff
“No, I don't have any questions.”
Sounds natural
“Yeah, a couple! What does a typical week look like for someone on this team? And this one's just me being curious: what's kept you at the company?”
- Always have questions. “No” sounds uninterested.
- Asking about them personally is warm, and people enjoy answering it.
Interviewer: “Great, I think that's everything from my side.”

Sounds natural
